  1. Beano

  2. they don't all give you gas, try cooking the broccoli, or take beano. I'm not vegan but I do eat alot of vegetables, and eating them makes me feel very good, always. Try spinach and strawberry salad, it's great

  3. I am the same and have been all my life.  I love my veg's and wish I could eat more of them.  I guess you could try some Beano or digestive enzymes but they only helped me a little.

  4. You want to eat lots of fruit and cereals like oatmeal; these will rush the waste out of your system, before it starts producing gas. Eating active culture yogurt will help too.

  5. definitely  try beano. it works for me every time.

  6. When I first became a vegetarian I was pretty much self propelled if you know what I mean.

I have been a veggie for a year and it's not so bad.  I try to chew my food really well.  That helps.  Stay away from Beano though if you are planning on being vegan.  It has animal products.

Basically you have to learn how to hide it really well, or just not let it bother you.  I have never publicly passed gas.  Well I have, but I just let it out slowly and run away :)
