I'm planning on being vegetarian, absolutely dropping junk food, soft drinks & chocolate until I lose like about 12-14 kg. I know all of this will benefit my goal in loosing weight, except for being vegetarian. Without egg, meat & fish, will my body feel weak? But I'm not gonna do weight training or build muscles, just cardio, so becoming vegetarian might not be much of a problem right? And by following this diet, and doing cardio for 30 minutes 5 times a week, how long will it take me to lose 12-14 kg??
