Since i've become a vegetarian i've lost some pounds. I still eat junk food and can eat a lottt of it at times. i've noticed that no matter how much i eat i really dont gain any weight, i actually lose sometimes. before i became vegetarian i wasent rle like this, nd i dont exercise more or anything. is there any possibly its from turning vegetarian in someway??? also the b12 suppelment i take says it also helps quicken metabolism rate could it be from this???thanksss
