Hi I am 23 and 125lbs. I am hoping to gain weight and muscle. I have been working out for a month. I also want to have a great diet to support my exercising.With this background, what is healthy vegetarian food I should eat? I dont cook a lot, anything simple that I can buy from a food store(which store?) would be great.Thanks!
