  1. So if I have a plate of food with a baked potato, an equal size portion of steamed broccoli and an equal size piece of meat I'm 2/3's vegetarian?? No, I don't think it works like that. You are either a vegetarian or you aren't....and you aren't.

Since you are an ominivore, ALL recipes for ALL foods are available to you. But here's one that's even vegan, though some worchestershire sauces have anchovies in them, to use as a BBQ or dipping sauce:

    Chipotle BBQ/Dipping Sauce

    Ingredients:

5-8 Canned Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce (I use 6.)

    3 TBS  Olive Oil

1 Large Onion, Chopped (any size cut is fine since it'll be pureed)

2 Cloves Garlic (the jar stuff is fine)

    28 OZ Ketchup

1/3 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar

    1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

    1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

    1/4 Cup Yellow Prepared Mustard

    Method:

    Chop chiles in sauce.

Heat the oil and cook onion and garlic until soft and clearing.

Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly and then turn down and let simmer about 15 minutes.

    Let cool.

Transfer to a blender and thoroughly blend.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

-The chipotles in adobo sauce come in cans that this recipe alone won't use up. Cut up a chipotle and add to potatoes or just use some of the adobo sauce........use the sauce with veges too.

-Salt nor pepper is needed actually...I've never added either.

    -Freezes real well.

  2. There's no such thing as "half vegetarian" - you're either vegetarian or you're not. (And if you eat meat *sometimes*, well then you're not vegetarian!)

It's good that you want to eat organic products though... (better for you, better for the animals and better for the environment) For vegetarian recipes, try for example http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Everyday-C...

  3. Uh, as far as I can tell you are still going to eat everything, only organic, so any recipe you currently like would be fine.

  4. what recipes u want????vegg or non vegg recipes????

  5. That is not half vegetarian. You can't be half vegetarian. You either eat meat or you don't. Vegetarian or not.  vegetarian to vegan has in betweens but not non vegetarian to vegan. It is good you want to use organic foods. They are better for the environment and yourself.  You can basically make any recipe you would if it wasn't organic, just replacing the non organic thing with the organic thing. www.vegcooking.com has some very good recipes you might like.
