Vegetarian Pasta Salad to Impress

Question

I want to make a killer delicious pasta salad that's not made with the usual Italian dressing or ranch dressing. I was thinking something Asian inspired but any recipes or ideas would be great!

Greek Pasta Salad:

Cooked bowtie pasta.  Add chopped sundried tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, chopped olives (optional) and sprinkle some dried oregano over it.  Make an oil and vinegar dressing pour over the pasta and other ingredients and toss.  Then put in some crumbled feta cheese.

i make mine with regular italian dressing, a ton of fresh veggies and beans and parmesan cheese over the top and people LOVE it. the parmesan cheese seems to do the trick. it's always devoured.
