Can anyone make me a balanced diet (breakfast, lunch, diner etc) im a vegetarian and im a dancer.

  2. If you have never looked into anything like this, you'll have a lot of reading to do. It's not difficult to be a healthy vegetarian but people are only taught to look to animal products for things like calcium and iron and re-education is very important.
