Vegetarian grocery list?

usually i buy blackberries, strawberries and green apples and kiwis (if walmart has em) canned fruits

peppers, lettuce and carrots.

then i buy many morning star products cheeese and soy milk. i eat eggs and fish so i get some of that and usually have it 2-3 times a day.

what else should i get, cause i feel im not eating well at all.

  1. Well..first of all..you are not vegetarian if you eat fish.  Vegetarians do not eat dead animals.   You need to add whole grains and more veggies to have a balanced diet.

    why do you buy soy milk if you still have cheese/eggs?

    and second your not vegetarian..

    your a Pescetarian cause you eat fish..

    grapes, bananas, pears, pineapple, melon?

    nuts, almonds, potatoes ?

    quorn, spaghetti, pasta, rice ?

  3. Miso, tofu, other fruits than the ones you are already eating, other vegetables than the ones you are already eating, cereals, yogurt, pretzels,whole meal bread.

  4. Yogurt, cottage cheese, tofu, bread, beans, vegetarian chili, rice...

    Beans are one of my favorites. Aside from being tasty, theyre inexpensive and very nutritous. You can put a pound of beans, any kind, in 6 cups of water, chop up an onion in it, and put different seasonings, and just let it simmer for 6-8 hours. I like making beans at least once a week.  

  5. MultiVitamin or SlimFast Powder Shake drinks.

    Cream Oatmeal. Total cereal or Kashi or Smart Start cereals.

    Green/Black olives. Watch the salt content!

    Sweet pickles.

    V8 Tomatoe Juice. Apple Juice. Be sure it reads 100% Juice. Not less than that.

    Diet Rite soda pop. Best of its kind. No carbs, no sodium, no caffeine, no calories.
