  1. It's great that you're thinking about going veg again!

Sometimes people can get paralyzed by the thought of making a huge lifestyle change. You might find it easier to taking things at your own pace and make a gradual transition to a vegetarian diet. It doesn't need to be an overnight, all-or-nothing switch.

It helps to find good-tasting fake meats that you can use instead of meat in your favorite meals and recipes. Some brands taste better than others, so try a bunch of products to find your favorites. Ones that I like are:

    Gardenburger Meatless Riblets

    Nate's Meatless Meatballs

    Tofurky Deli Slices

    Boca Chik'n Patties

Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Chik'n Strips

Then, make a list of your favorite meals and figure out how to turn them into vegetarian versions. For instance, I loved fried chicken so I found a delicious recipe for vegetarian fried chicken online! ( http://www.vegcooking.com/recipeshow.asp... ) I also make pasta with veg meatballs and hoagies (subs) with the Torfurky deli slices.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

  2. I think you really need to sit down and really think about what you want. It may be helpful to write down the pros and cons, and then decide which is more important.

I was probably the biggest meat lover before going vegetarian. I would be safe to say that I ate something with meat, probably two times a day(on most days). When I finally got to a point where I realized that something suffered just for me to eat a burger, it made it much easier to make the change.

I was one of those people that watched videos like "meet your meat" and "Earthlings"(at least the beginning), as well as some of the other videos. When I could put an actual face and image to the food it made it much less desirable to eat it. After watching those videos, I no longer saw a hamburger, but the flesh of an animal, and could understand the pain, fear and suffering that something went through to give me that burger.

Becoming a vegetarian is really a choice you need to make on your own. No one is going to be able to do it for you, we all need to evaluate our own feelings and make the choice that is best for us.

I would suggest looking into some vegetarian recipes. It makes the transition much easier when you have good, tasty food to eat. I personally do not miss meat in the slightest, as my recipes and variety increased I no longer saw meat as the "good foods", instead I found vegetarian favorites. When I think of "good foods" I think of portabello burgers, stuffed peppers, vegetable stirfry, lentil soup, etc.

  3. keep eating meat.but the looks of it you don't care about animals just keep eating meat

  4. Being vegetarian is life's greatest sacrifice, obviously for selfless reasons. Not everyone is dare to be. But does anyone deserved to spoil your day?

You chose to be a vegetarian among the million meat eaters... is a greatest challenge nowadays. You are not living the "Pythagoras" era.
