Vegetarian on a diet!!?

i´ve been a vegetarian for a year and a half now but i´ve gained some weight because of that!! and i need to lose that weight really FAST cause school is about to begin . please help me !!

  1. deep down you know what kind of junk you are eating.  If not, please list what you eat on a normal day, and don't exclude anything.  Usually it's the refined sugar,processed foods, and carbs like breads, pastas, and rice that make you gain weight.


  2. Breakfast= Special K

    Mid-day Snack= Apple

    Lunch= Brown rice and mango shreds

    Mid-Afternoon Snack= Banana

    Dinner= Miso Soup and Tofu

    Dessert= Peach and blueberry smoothie
