does anyone know any good vegitarian recipes that will provide me with all the essiental nutrients.

perferably dinner recipes,.....thanks guys!

  3. The Moosewood Cookbook is exclusively vegetarian and of the hundreds of recipes I've made, they are all great. My particular favorite is the recipe for lasagne. I'm not a vegetarian, so I add a little meat to the recipe, but this does not mean to say that the recipe cannot stand by itself as a delicious entree. Any bookstore should have this, and it probably costs all of about $20 or less.

  7. try extra firm tofu fried sauteed mushrooms and beans

    or try making pasta with red beans and tofu and pine nuts

    you can also get mock meat you may have to try a few grocery stores but eventually you wil find it try some morning star, boca burger and garden burger meat substitutes. i am a vegetarian and i use the vegan immitation chik'n (thats what its called) and meatless crumbles in place of meat in any reciepie.

    also you can try some great vegatable stir frys and all sorts of pasta

    try eating nuts as snacks for protein and beans and rice and tofu are great. i dont drink milk either, so i use soymilk
