  1. veggie wraps

    veggie sandwich

  2. I love sub sandwiches with this one them:

Wheat bread (or Sub bun), fresh cucumber, lettuce, and mustard.

Also pack in a small bag of Sunchips, and/or a Soyjoy bar.

(The apple kind is DELICIOUS, I love them all though, get them at Target.)

  3. Pbj but make sure you use jam instead of jelly because jelly has gelatin in it

  4. pig foot w/hot sauce or pickled pig feet cook it the night before

  5. Salads, of course. Put on plenty of beans, etc. And you should pack the dressing in a different container, or the greens get soggy.

    Some stir-fries are great cold.

I'm a huge fan of mashed up bean spreads (like hummus, but with other things). Sandwiches can be great... bean spread, little grain or bean patties... yum yum. Just try to use as much in the way of whole foods as you can and don't wreck it with buying candy bars/soda from the vending machines.

  6. Grilled cheese sandwich

    Peanut butter and jam sandwich

    Avacado and cream cheese sandwich

    Egg salad sandwich

    Bagel with hummus

    Potato salad

    Mac and cheese

  7. pb & j

    pb & banana

  8. Are you a vegetarian or are avoiding meat as a diet? If you're not a vegetarian, I suggest you make yourself some tuna fish but instead of mayo use some pickle relish or maybe a vinaigrette you like and maybe slice up some green olives into it.

Also, packing yourself a little salad wouldn't be bad either. Or make a salad and make a wrap of it.
