i stoped eating meat mostly red and i want to know if ant else did and where health improvements and wat are snacks for vegtarian

  1. i became vegetarian a year and a half ago. it was an easy decision but now its getting harder because my family isn't vegetarian and my mom has run out of things for me to eat. i gained about 10 lbs after becoming vegetarian but i still am.

    i luv morning star chicken nuggets and snacks like smoothies(have to use protein powder to get protein) apples and peanut butter, fruits, and chewy bars

  2. Yes, it will help you more than you will even be able to physically see.  

    Since I became a vegetarian, I have seen improvements in:

      -my skin (it got rid of my acne)

      -my weight--for the better!

      -my digestive system

      -my level of stress (by eating meat, you are actually ingesting the enzymes and negative waves that animal was sending off/feeling at the time of death: hate, anger, fear, sadness)

      -my concentration level

    As for snacks:

      -fruit/vegetable sandwiches

      -soups

      -Nutri-Grain bars

      -a bowl of good cereal

      -fruit

      -nuts

      -a little thing of cheese

      -quick salads

      -avocado (I have a love affair with them) lol
