  1. 1- Yes, although you might need more protein. Soy products and nuts help.

2- Yes, this is natural. It can happen whenever you make a drastic dietary change.

3- Yep, again, totally normal. Your diet probably contains a heckuva lot more fiber than it used to.

  2. Your diet seems okay, but more fruits would help. It's good you have variety. Zinc is a mineral that is essential for healthy skin. Vegetarians can get zinc from nuts, beans and cheese.

A balanced veggie diet is high in fibre, so your bowel movements are normal.

Vitamin C helps clears up spots and gives a real 'glow' or radiance to your complexion, so there's a reason to eat more fruits and veg! It may take a while to see a difference in your skin, but persevere, and make sure you drink plenty of water.

Within a few weeks, your skin should clear up, and you'll notice a 'glow' if you look after it. Healthy diet, more sleep, water and a good skincare routine. :-)

  3. 1.  yes, that looks healthy to me.  Of course it's not healthy to eat the same thing every day.

    2.  I've never heard of that.  It may just be a coincidence.

    3.  yes, frequency of bowel movements is mainly dependent on your diet.

  4. I was the same . then I cleared up and I'm fine!

  5. your food is healthy as long as the daily intake of food meets the daily requirements in healthy prymid regieme.

seek a dermologist if spots persists

regarding the 3rd question, it's normal since there are now more fibres in the diet. frequent bowel movements is healthy for the gastrointestinal tract.

  6. o  Yes, it definitely sounds healthy..

o  Been vegetarian since birth, so dont know of skin irritations

    o  Havent experienced this either..

  7. drink  more water around 8 bottles of water it will help i primise

  8. you are eating great!

( i assume your a fairly new veggie...)

so your body is going to act strange the first few days, maybe even weeks. Its just used to you eating all that gross fatty meat, and its trying to clense you out. I was the same way for about 5 days. But then my body realised thats the way its going to be from now on :) good luck

  9. Yes, I think that's a really healthy menu for a day but I guess you are not eating the same everyday, are you?

Your skin problem doesn't seem to have anything to do with becoming vegetarian. Better check with a dermatologist.

More frequent bowel movements: totally normal.

  10. I suggest you eat some more protein, I would guess your more frequent 'movements' are due to an increase in fibre from all the fruit. You don't say how long you've been vegetarian, but it could well be the case what your sister says re:skin. Keep it up and all that.
