  1. Of course not...those things are made from dead animals.

  2. No, no, and no.

  3. Vegetarians do not do any of the things that you just mentioned.

If it contains juice or grease from a dead animal, it isn't vegetarian.

  4. no and never.

  5. not at all.

vegetarians dont eat anything that if made from a used to be living breathing thing. No matter how it is, its still the remains if a living thing.

  6. A vegetarian does not eat meat. Chicken broth is meat. It is mostly water, yes, but the flavor is actually miniscule meat particles (protein fibers and fat) in the water.

There are some who call themselves vegetarian who will eat broth made from meat and sometimes even fish. By definition, though, they are not vegetarians.

  7. noo...

  8. no, I'm allergic to animal products, chicken broth and beef broth are animal products, and so is the gravy you mentioned.

  9. Nope. You have to kill an animal to get it, so I don't eat anything with beef or chicken broth.

  10. I use vegetable broths.

For gravies I brown flour (either in a nonstick pan on the stove or a sheet in the oven), regularly shaking them to avoid burning.  Once it reaches desired color I add it to water and season and cook down to desired consistency.

  11. no no and no.... they're meat.  your not a vegetarian if you do.

  12. no, vegetarians do not eat slaughter by-products.

Ther is little logic to excludng slabs of meat but including products made from meat
