Vegetarians & vegans, what have you replaced your old meals with?

personally pay much attention to honey & suggest everyone to do so,as it's really healthy.

  1. I eat a lot of pasta, beans,  and fake meat


  2. Honey may be healthy, but it's stolen.  I don't want any part of it.

    I replaced our meals with really similar meals.  I just substituted TVP for ground beef, chick'n for chicken, used tofu in place of some meats, soy cheese for cheese and cut out some meals that were pretty unhealthy anyways.

    We also eat a lot more veggies and fruit.

  3. i'm a vegetarian and i used to eat chicken a lot but now i eat spagetti/pasta, beans (refried beans are so good and have a lot of protein), i eat a lot of stuff with cheese now, like mac & cheese and grilled cheese. i guess cheese kind of replaced meat for me
