  1. No but it sounds good!

  2. Just parboil the carrots and the broccoli and add to tomato sauce together with the uncooked peas. Now just do the lasagna as usual, layers of pasta and filling ending with a layer or pasta and a layer of white sauce topped with grated cheese.

  3. Well with any recipe, its okay to change it. Add more of what you like and take out what you don't. Just make sure to leave the ingredients necessary to make lasagna, such as the noodles or it may not come out like lasagna.

  4. Just use one of the recepies, and leave out the stuff you don't like.

  5. Make your own recipe!

Take a box of lasagna noodles and prepare following the recipe, but omit the meat.

    Add your veggies and  bake.

  6. with the ingredients that you have stated.... steam the carrots, broccoli and peas, make a white cheese sauce. layer a third of the veg in a baking dish, pour over about a quarter of the white sauce then a layer of lasagne, continue until veg is used up, then finish of with a layer of lasagne, top with sauce and grate cheese on the top, cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.

I very rarely use scales for my cooking, you just get used to the amount you need, use a recipe off the website for measurements of ingredients and adjust to your recipe.

  7. do a regular lazagne and put this vegs inside!

  8. Use this website

    www.bbc.co.uk/food

It has plenty of editable recipes meaning you can change them to suit you. You type in the three main ingrediants and sometimes it doesn't actually come up so it might be worth just putting in lasagne.

So my fav meal. But with meat haha

  9. why don't you buy a frozen veggi lasagne at the store. all you do is pop it in the oven and they're really good.

  10. just take out what u hate

    put in what u like

and see how it turns out

when im making one i just chuck in whatever i have in the fridge and it always turns out fine

    so go for it

    and have fun doing it

u might come up with something u really like !!

    good luck !!

  11. There are all kinds of veggie recipes including a few lasagna ones @ www.chetday.com. I usually take the basic recipe & then add or substitute the veggies I like the best. My last one was with asparagus, carrots, black eyed peas w/jalapano peppers, celery & mushrooms. But you can add whatever you like. Chet Day has a free weekly e-mail service that will give you many ideas on recepies & other healthy information

    Good Luck

  12. Sure. Here you go:

Go ahead and cook all your veggies, set aside, You will need mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs (if you do not eat eggs you can use water and some flour), salt, and pepper to taste, Alfredo sauce, and of course pasta sheets.

Combine all the cheese ingredients, salt and pepper set aside some of the mozzarella cheese.

in a cook ware pan put wax paper in the bottom, spray it with Pam, put some Alfredo sauce in the bottom put some pasta sheets, spread your veggie mix, and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, put another layer of pasta sheets, spread your cheese mix, then repeat step #1, and so on and so on, as many layers as you want, commonly 3 to 5 make sure that at the end you put Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese, bake at 400 for 45 minutes... Enjoy it.
