  1. steamed is good but evoo is always best if you want to use a oil. its not the best for frying though it usually makes kind of an odd taste fried. just dont use too much. i like sunflower oil its healthy but make sure you read the bottles!

  2. Raw or steamed is healthiest, but sauteing in olive oil is not unhealthy.  Just don't use too much.  I personally would prefer sauteed onions to steamed or raw.  It's a matter of taste.

  3. Steamed is always the best option, but grilling or sauteing is better that frying.  EVOO is definatly better than butter, so you should be OK.

  4. firstly id just like to tell sam that your thinkin of a raw eater they are the people who dont use butter or cook vegetables

vegetarians cook with butter and anything thats not made with animal flesh

it depends on how much oil u use if you only usein alitle thats fine

steamin isnt always a great option as it robs the veges of their natural vitamins and minerals

but if you lookin for a fat free way to cook steamin is fine its jus not as nutritious

the best way to eat vegetables is raw and fresh but they jus wont taste as good grillin is ok as long as u use no oils or butters

  5. steamed is the best way, frying them the way you do isn't to bad, it is deep frying in super hot oil the is not good.

  6. wait,  uh.. vegetarians don't use processed elements.

    steam them  instead.

no butter, no anything...   it ruins the essence of the vegetables.

  7. no that sounds healthy. just dont use too much olive oil because although its the good kind of fat it has a lot of it in it.

  8. Hi,

If you're concerned about fat intake, then steaming is the best option. If you want to stir fry though, extra virgin olive oil is the best choice. It offers many health benefits. Learn more about the health benefits of olive oil at www.amazingoliveoil.com
