  1. Veggie rare fillet steaks are awesome.

  2. Veggie pizza......ummm good and good for you.Not too much oil..

  3. veggie pizza because of all of the vegetables which are good for you unless you add a bunch of perservatives in them and sugar.

  4. Wow, this question depends on so many factors!

Let's take pizza first.  The basics of pizza are crust, sauce, topping and cheese.  The crust can be whole grain flour or unhealthy refined flour.  Some pizza tomato sauces are full of ingredients like corn syrup which is definetely not healthy.  If it's a veggie pizza then the veggie toppings are almost definetely doing to be healthy.  Cheese just isn't healthy so have a healthy cheeseless pizza instead.  I love cheeseless pizza and actually prefer it now.  You can actually taste the veggies!

Veggie curry can go either way too.  Some curries are flavored with a lot of unhealthy ghee.  It can also be served with either white or brown rice. That makes a big difference too.

Many chinese dishes are fried or covered in a high calorie, high fat sauce.  Sure you can get some low cal dishes, but many of them are just steamed veg and are pretty boring.

Overall, I would say that a curry is your best bet.  You very rarely find a healthy pizza unless you make it yourself and you don't have many options for a healthy veg chinese meal, atleast not at the americanized chinese restaurants I've been too.  Curry also has many herbs and spices in it that are very very healthful.

  5. all depends on how you make it.  I would go for curry, as I throw loads of different colour veg in, getting the rainbow of veg that you need, often something like chick peas or lentils, getting in some pulses, thicken with low fat youghurt rather than cream and that's a top nutrition meal.

My pizza would be loaded with cheese and not much more, and my chinese skills are limited to a dull stir fry - it's all about how it's made

  6. Veggie Pizza because tomato is anti cancer.

  7. veggie curry

  8. What about vegetable chow mein, it's very healthy and low fat.

  9. pizza

  10. It really depends.

Like if the Veggie Chinese is Fried,

or if the Pizza has alot of oil on it,

or if the curry has really fatty sauce.

I can't tell you by the info you listed

    Sorry!

  11. All of these things might be good for you if they have lots of veggies in them, but all of them could also have very high levels of salt or saturated fat. It would depend entirely on what dish you ordered and how they are prepared! Hx

  12. Any of them are pretty good if you make it yourself. If you're doing take-out, go with the curry.

  13. 'Chinese' refers to soooo many different dishes. You can have deep fried chinese doughnuts or a chinese salad... they're both chinese but obviously one is far healthier than the other.

  14. I should think that it would be the veggie curry, because it has more vegetables and less fats.

  15. I'd say curry.

    Edit:

First of all, pizza is pretty much never healthy (I'm sad too)

Second of all, real chinese veggies are probably the healthiest, but in the U.S most of it is fried. (I know somebody who worked in a restaurant...a good one too)

  16. all of them are good if you make them yourself and they are fresh - if they are takeaways the Chinese is the best (in the UK anyway - not sure what takeouts from other countries are like)
