Vegitarian food in alicante...?

i am going to alicante in may with my partner and two sisters. one of the sisters is a vegitarian, i was just wondering if anyone knows what sort of meat and fish free food there is to look out for in spain. any help would be fab!

There is a quiet abit of choice for vegetarians now.  I usually end up eating vegetarian pizza most of the time I'm out there or vegetarian lasagna.  I have yet to try some proper Spanish vegetarian food!  They are very much into their meat!  But if you go to a Tapas Bar or a Cafe you can find the best Spanish Omelette's, made out of eggs and potato.  Don't know if that is of any help!
