  1. Regarding "fluffy's" response, you definitely do not need beef in your diet. I mean, hello heart disease. Beef is not too good for you. You can get protein from eggs, beans, cheese, etc. In fact, beans and cheese together are a whole protein.

I'm vegetarian and I think it's a very worthwhile decision. On the behalf of animals as well as health. I used to think it was more "respectful" to eat an animal that's already dead but the way they take care of business in slaughterhouses it heartless. Supporting it is awful, although I do understand people's inability to  refrain fro meat.

Anyways-in my opinion, if you're considering it, do it. Go vegetarian, and they try vegan.

  2. If you enjoy it and it's benefitting your heatlh then it's right for you, just like any healthy balanced diet would be.

  3. Vegetarian is wrong because in the Bible they eat animals.

So if u believe in God then it's wrong

  4. It's too difficult to spell, you should just go vegan because that's easy to spell. =)

  5. you can be whatever you want within law

  6. It isn't right or wrong. Everyone has their own opinion on what they want to eat, some people eat alot of meat, some people don't eat much meat, some eat only fish, some don't touch animals or anything to do with animals. The only 'right' thing is that you eat healthily' the only 'wrong' thing is that some people go on mad diets.

For as long as you are happy and healthy it shouldn't matter whether you are an omnivore, vegetarian, vegan or anything in between.

  7. Hi, if a vegetarian diet is right for you, that is the main thing. Don't worry about what other people think, if your happy with your veggie diet, that's what matters! :)

If you want to start using Quorn and Tofu, use the links below for some lovely recipes to try! :)

  8. Yes dear, you are absolutely correct. Vegitarian is wrong. The correct term you're leaking for is VEGETARIAN. I'll be nice and give you a link that you may find useful. http://goveg.com You can get your free VEGAN (yes, go vegan and cut the "etari" c**p from the word vegetarian) starter's kit. Enjoy being healthy, beautiful and making heads turn around...

  9. Well the correct way to spell it is vegetarian. Everytime I spell it out, I get kinda confused, so I keep on saying "vegetable" in my head and I think about the spelling of the word "vegetable", and I always spell it right.

Ya, I know it's kinda weird, but ya do what ya gotta do.

And don't feel bad if you don't know how to spell it too well. I've been one for my entire life and I'm still having problems. Spelling isn't my best subject =]

Oh, you should try tofu, it is really good.

  10. vegetarian, right or wrong? well it all depends who you ask....alll vegetarians are going to say yes it IS healthier than an omnivorous diet (which isnt true) and everyone should be a vegetarians

where as if you ask omnivores most will say dodnt do it, you can be perfectly healthy being an omnivore, so if you can be healthy and an omnivore why be a vegetarian for health reasons....after all dont fix what isnt broken

These are the two sides you have to look at, however surely you will know that asking vegetarians if you should be vegetarian is only going to yield one answer...just as if i go into the hunting forum and ask is hunting good?

    Its all up to YOU
