Ok lately my cousins friend has been questioning my diet. I didnt start by lecturing him or ranting on about animal abuse, he started commenting on me. He said that we dont tear muscle as easy and that its been proven meat eaters are healthier then veg*ns. Is he right? I eat perfectly healthy and play tennis, I run laps and swim laps every week. Im in good condition but I just cant stand the fact that certain people will never accept my diet choices. Is his theory correct or not? Thanks
