Vehicle registraion in another city

my brother bought a vehicle in Bangalore in 2005, in January 2006 the vehicle is transferred to my name and he took the NOC on my name to transfer to Chennai. After that i forgot to change the registration in Chennai. It is almost 2 years over after NOC had taken.

Now how can i change the registraion in Chennai ?

Do i need new NOC?

How much it costs now?

You can do. No new NOC is needed.

Go to RTO take a NOC for bike it cost 3000 for car it may cost 10000

try some broker it will save your time.
