Vein in bicep - how do I make it noticable?

I hav great muscle definition in my biceps, and I'm very lean but when I flex, or even when I'm relaxed, there is no sign of veins. How can I make it so the veins in my biceps are noticable even when I'm not flexing?

  1. I dont think vain is dat important.I had some vein very much visible in my biceps when i started workout, but as my biceps got bigger it is same as u, no vain unless i flex.I suggest u do some fat loss exercise, mayyy be ull get some result


  2. its more to do with genetics whether youre really veiny or not, you can eat a sugary snack to have a temporary bulge in your veins ( thats what bodybuilders do right before showtime)

  3. probably a  battle of fat and muscle there and fat is winning so far. what you got to do is work out those guns hard core surprising your body every day with more resistance reps and different varieties of bicep work outs. those puppies will soon buff out and your vein will show without flexing. mines is barely visible when im not flexing. I CALL IT THE ODOM VEIN.

  5. It is genetic, but it is almost directly related to how much fat your body has.(which is also genetic!?)

  6. You will not be vascular over the elbow or biceps until you have large muscles.

    large muscles need large veins because they need more blood, combined with low bodyfat = vascularity.

    You can also carb up before you workout, a small shot of sugar after carb depletion will make you pop out.

  8. Just keep lifting...usually for me the veins in my arms are only bulging a few hours after i lift...so if you wanna impress someone go lifting that morning.
