http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-Vela-c8558 seems intent on leaving the Emirates, as he is looking to secure first team football for himself, in order to salvage his career.
The young forward has failed to really make a name for himself at the Emirates, ever since his arrival at the club.
As a result, the striker has been offloaded time and time again to numerous clubs on a loan deal.
However, it seems like the Mexican international has now had enough of moving around all the time and is looking to secure a permanent move to a new team. The forward hopes that this permanent move away will help him on a personal level, while allowing him
to become a permanent part of the Mexican squad.
In a recent interview, when talking about his future, the forward is reported to have said: "He told us that he does not want to play for Arsenal and he will go to a different club."
It was then revealed that Vela had gone on to turn down the offer to play in the Mexican team in the Olympics, so that he could spend the pre season with his new team, in order to adapt and adjust
"He asked [not to be called up] so he can play the pre-season and meet his new manager at his new club, because it is almost sure he will not continue on at Real Sociedad."
The director then revealed that the decision from the player was a personal one and didn’t involve anyone else asking him to do so.
"Carlos Vela asked on a personal and professional level that he not be selected for any of the Mexican national teams."
Vela has had a few moments of glory in his short career with Arsenal, but he failed to really make a mark on the team.
At the same time, given the fact that there is no spot for him in the team at the moment, it is perhaps best for him to pursue a career elsewhere, so he doesn’t end up failing to really make a name for himself and ends up being another player, who failed
to live up to his expectations.
