Velpeau International Handwraps?

Are these handwraps any good?

I'm thinking of getting them but 98.5 seems kinda short. Is it worth it? And can the wrap be worn on its own or does it have to go over a seperate handwrap?

No that particular wrap can be used by itself.  Everlast makes very good(if not the best) handwarps.
