Velveeta Shells &the Cheese?

Is the milk in there pasteurized? Meaning is that okay to eat when pregnant?

Honey, this is an American Product...

It is illigal to not put a warning on the package if it is Unpasteurized.

It is even illegal to sell unpasteurized products in some areas...

It has a LOT of salt in it so don't eat too much but as long as you drink enough water to stay hydrated, it shouldn't be a problem. (As long as you don't eat it like, every day...)

I asked my Doctor about that  the other day and she said it was fine.

Of Course and let me tell you when I was pregnant I was loving it eating mac & cheese was one of my Favs........Enjoy!!!!
