Ven im convertin my vhs cassettes on to my computer ... a line comes on the bottom of the video..?

ho do i remove that line.. is there any software that can do it..... and which is a realy easy and simple to use video editin software

Don't worry about that line. When you make a dvd there will be overscan which means the outer parts of your video won't be seen. A very good and easy to use editing software is ArcSoft Showbiz. It's about $100 but there are no good free editors.
