Vendor, the four-year-old grey gelding, looks like the strongest competitor in this line-up. The son of Kendor, out of mare Village Rainbow, came under the training of Alan King this year as he was trained by E. Clayeux till 13th December, 2011.
The Alan King trained runner closed his previous season with a magnificent victory. He entered the Betfred The Bonus King Juvenile Hurdle at Newbury as a favourite with odds of 4 to 5 on 31st December, 2011.
Under the guidance of jockey Wayne Hutchinson, the young runner finished first because of his swift pace and defeated Tango De Juilley by a margin of 1 ½ lengths.
The talented racer claimed a placed finish in the Grade 3 Fred Winter Juvenile Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham on 14th March, 2012. He raced as a favourite with odds of 3 to 1 but missed the victory by 2 ¼ lengths to Une Artiste.
Ballypatrick, trained by Henrietta Knight for owner, Martin, Jocelyn and Steve Broughton will race under jockey Will Kennedy today.
The son of Presenting, out of mare Jewell For A King, was pulled by jockey, Gerard Tumelty from the E.B.F "National Hunt" Novices' Hurdle Qualifier at Newbury, on 14th December, 2011.
He delivered a solid performance in the beginning of his season as he finished in fourth place in a line-up of seven runners in the EBF At The Races New Predictor "National Hunt" Novices' Hurdle (Qualifier) at Plumpton on 2nd January, 2012. He
missed the third place by an immense margin of 21 lengths.

Vendor looks like the strongest competitor in this race, who can easily take the track by storm. Ballypatrick might finish behind him as a runner-up whereas It’s Oscar looks strong enough to land a placed finish in third.
