What are some items sold on the vendors in Paris, France?

Seine?  Books, magazines, posters, paintings, knick knacks, post cards, and lots of other stuff.  

Or did you mean in the street markets, such as along rue Mouffetard, rue Montorgueil, or rue Cler?  All kinds of food items, sometimes clothing or handbags, other household items.  

Or did you mean by random people hanging around, such as near tourist attractions like the Eiffel Tower?  post cards, key chains, knick knacks, flashlights, magnets, costume jewelry, etc.
