1) 1.973: The Venezuelan oil resources were nationalize.

2) 1.983: The Venezuelan currency "Bolivares" got a huge depreciation.

3) 1.984: The Venezuelan subway system was officially open to the public.

4) Nov/ 26/1.992: First military outrage command by Chavez.

5) 1.989: The first civil riot because of the falling economy.

6) Dic/1999: Mud avalanche in "La guaira", not an exact numbers of casualty's.

7) 2003: PDVSA(Venezuelan main oil company) strike for 6 months.

8) 2002: Strike against Chavez goberment by opponents.

9) 1983: The first visit of The  Pope in Venezuela (John Paul II)

10) actual event (2008): Chavez try to declare ware to Colombia.
