Venezuela Questions? (Again)?

Ok i got some ?s here. First,what are Venezuela's natural resources and how are they used? And also, what are some population challenges the country will face in the future? AND the economic challenges and successes in the next 100 yrs.

The first and principal natural resource is the gas or pretroleum and in some countries is selled without the procedure and in some whit them, they are taked too for oil, plastic, and other things.

The economies had change a lot this last years because of the grow of the money and can change later too.

Oil and gas...processed and unprocessed. Challenges? Finding a political and social point of understanding. Reduction of the crime rate, creation of new sources of work, judicial security, etc.
