Hello,

for those of you who are venezuelan citizens, are there any specific countries interested in recruiting venezuelan citizens and make it possible to get work visas?

The US has caps on their visa numbers making this hard.

This is for a person with business degrees and mba.

THANK you!

  1. Canada and Australia welcome immigrants with Bachelor's Degrees and MBA.

As La Chica said, try the Oil industry. If you have some background in the area, it shouldn't be difficult.

You can try anywhere you want. However, language (fluency in french, italian, chinese or german), culture and others will affect your application.

  2. Why don't you try Kuwait? There's always ads in El Nacional and El Universal for positions in the Middle Eastern Oil Industry, they pay well and take care of your visa if they hire you.

  3. I'm a Venezuelan living in England. You can apply for the High Skill Migrant Programme (now called Tier 1). You get points for:

MBA degree, Master's Degree (35 points)

    Age (20 if under 28yrs, 10 if 28 or 29, 5 if 30 or 31)

Previous work experience (the higher your previous salary, the more points you get). You can get anywhere from 5 to 40 points. They make an adjustment for earning power, so for example, if you make 10.000 pounds a year in the USA you get nothing, but if you make 10.000 a year in Venezuela you get 10-15 points.

There are no quotas. You just need to score 75 points. This visa gives you the right to live and work in the UK for at least 4 years, and you can renew it after those years (and after 6 yrs living in the UK you can apply for permanent residence)

Once you get the visa, it's up to you to find a job, but with an MBA you should't have any problems finding one.

You can apply directly in the UK embassy, or you can pay a company to apply for you (on a No-Win No-Fee basis). I'm using this company: http://www.workpermit.com/uk
