I'm planning a trip to Europe in September and need some advice where to go for my forth city. So far I have Barcelona for 3 days, Vienna for 3 1/2 days, and Prague for 3 1/2 days. I'm looking for a 4th city. It would be between Venice, Budapest or Brussels. Or it could be any other city that would be different from the rest. I have the flexiablity to fly to the 4th city. Thanks for your input.

I have already been to Paris and Rome.

  1. Tell me what your interests have been in Rome and Paris, and I'll advise you whether to choose Venice, Budapest or Brussels.

  2. Venice theres so much to do and amazing canals.

    GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!!!!

  3. Personally I would pick Budapest because it's a very beautiful and fascinating city, and there is so much to explore there. It's a bit more off the beaten tourist path, too, and I like it for that. The spas there are incredible. It's not just like a ladies thing where you go and get a manicure and a massage; it's like a cultural thing for everyone.

Venice would be my next pick. It will be lovely  in September because the weather will still be nice but the crowds will have thinned. It's a city you can easily cover in a few days at a very relaxed pace. I love it because it's very charming and everything that you expect it to be......except in height of summer when it feels more like Disneyland than Europe with all the tourists there.

I'm personally not a fan of Brussels. There are some very attractive parts to the city, but the most part, it just feels like a big generic city. I do really love Brugges, though.

You really can't go wrong with any of the three, though....
