edward have a better deck list, but I do think ambush fang>shrink... because swamp is fairly easy to get out, and once it's out, the one counter+ counter for turn lowers the target creature by 1 grand when it's attacking.  and if you are attacking, that usually means target is there for a turn as is, so it should be no problem for boa and what not(or serpant/snake shoot it first)  shrink lower orginal, which is not bad.... but still, better to use counter tactics I think... I'd also suggest snake deity's command, there is no problem with the deck slightly large(in fact, I suggest a extra boa and what not to make 3 of every venom besides the queen) because snake rain thins the deck(suggest target boa, duh) 45-50 is not hard to go through if u run 3 rains, seeing they'll pretty much get rid of all the little monsters...(that and venom shots)

I'm not sure here, but consider terraforrming.... probablyty of first 3 turn swamp is not good enough...(roughly only 50%) and the earlier swamp is out, the better.  remeber to waste your aliens with venom shot when you get it out, boys and girls!!

although pot of avarice don't help the deity or the king, remeber to keep it in side deck in case of mill decks.  you might also want to return a few just for venom shots...

(seriously, I'd like ppl to include side deck in the posts....)

and yes, best counter against snakes is probably mill... with minimal monster defence besides their own cobra(they die lol) cause most creature are not supposed to stay around.... and there is almost no way for venom to get pass cobra except with king(deity is, frankly, hard to get out lol facing mill) and that can be stopped with a good old astral/spirit combo....
