Ventahood fire suppression systems

Hello
I have to wire a ventahood fire supression system control panel (control head) so that the exhaust fan comes on in case of fire and basically all other circuits under the hood are shut off. The ones being shut off would include a supply fan the lights under the hood and the receptacles under in approximate vicinity of the hood, All the cooking appliances under the hood are gas which will be shut off mechannically. If possible, could you please supply me with a electrical and a mechanical diagram for the electrical and gas shut off. Basically I need to know how to wire the microswitches and to hook up the gas shut off
