Question:

Ventilation in a windowless room?

Well it's not windowless, but the window doesn't open... It's my boyfriend's bedroom by the way

It's not a huge room, but not tiny, it's a 1st floor bedroom, no floors above, no attic, no vents or anything

Is there any way of properly ventilating his bedroom? After a few hours I can barely breath in there as there's no air circulation, and I don't suppose a fan would do any good when there's no open window

Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks!

  1. A temp fix is a 1- 24" box fan in the corner of the door blowing air in. As the room pressurizes the air will go out the top of the door.  Best way would be to install a fan in the wall to the next biggest room and install a circulation fan this way air will come in the door and exit through the fan..  Hope it helps

  2. i think a small, rotating fan will be a great help.  you can consider an ionic breeze, but they are rather expensive.

  3. I would use a fan, one that oscilates around  or  not pointed directly at you so you wouldn't get a draft on your neck. If you can't find one that oscilates point it at the ceiling.
