Ventriloquist doll shoes and wigs??

does anyone know where to buy small wigs or shoes for ventriloquist dolls, or if small wigs and shoes for humans will fit a ventriloquist doll?

Who made the figure?  That may help a little in knowing the general size.  

Try second hand stores and look at their infant shoes.  I have brought my dummy into the store before to try things on.
