Question

i got bought this device 2 years ago for xmas, it has been a great device.
2 days ago i was drag dropping music onto the device as normal.turned the computer off and disconnected the device.
now it does not work, and is not aknowledged on the pc.
it turnes on and makes a funny clicking sound.
also when you connect it to the pc it says it is connected but does not show up on the computer and makes the funny clicking sound again.
is this repairable?and is the music on the device saveable?
