Venue ideas for my school prom in London?

Question

Like hotels, halls etc can you think of any good venues which would not be too expensive? and would we be able to have it open air like in a park like Hyde park and hire a huge gazebo with lights, chairs and tables? would be have to contact the council first? pleas help I really need ideas 10 points for best answer! x*x
