Vera Studios, Faliraki - how far are they away from the main nightlife?

Has anybofy been the Vera Studios, Faliraki Rhodes? Are they far from the main nightlife? Whats' the hotels like?

Vera's Studios are set in the tranquil countryside of Faliraki, but the shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. As for the apartments themselves, they're a family-run affair with a real home-from-home vibe about them. Whether it's the tranquil gardens or traditional whitewashed walls, you'll feel settled in no time. The rooms are just as cosy, with cool tiled floors and a comfy bed that's begging to be slept on. And with a kitchen and balcony thrown into the mix, you've got a homely pad ready and waiting.

If you can tear yourself away from your room, the Modul Hotel has a great pool and loungers, which is only 150 metres down the road.
