Verbal and non-verbal communicating effective-ineffective.?

Hello! everyone. I had a hard time to think about this question, could anyone please give me some example about the verbal communicating exchange you felt was both effective and ineffective. and others question is non-verbal communicating exchange was both effective and ineffective?

The true definition of ineffective communication, - is that lack of reciprication with the listener.

With effective reciprication, even a poor spearker can adapt and reiterate a point to make the conversation more effective.
