Verifiying pay pal under 18?

ahhhhh this is pissing me of so ******* much, i signed up to betfair and made some 10 pound bet to get my 1000 ipoints, once i realised i couldnt verify my account to get em, i made up some shizzle to paypal who limited my account, i emailed every bitta document i had of myself, which they cant accept because i am under 18, i emailed betfair saying what i had done and they sent me my 10.16 back, but i still aint got my paypal back. i need my ebay :@@@@@@

PayPal is a law unto itself .. see links:-) ..

(you may have to wait until your 18th birthday)

Most sellers on ebay will accept other means of payment .. Postal Orders, Cheques .. some even accept Cash ..
