Verision wireless texting plan?

what is the text messaging deal for verision? like my friend has one from a different company where she has to text over 200 times a month, and she pays 5$$.

I have a Verizon wireless Text and Pix package that allows 250 messages for $5 a month.  Incoming and Outgoing messages both count towards that 250 as does Pictures.  Just call Verizon and ask what they have.  I'm on a share plan with 3 other people.  2 phones have $5 and 250, 1 phone has $10 and 500, the other phone doesn't have any text package.

On Verizon, you can either get Select plans or Premium plans which come with unlimited texting. Or you can either pay, I THINK it's $5 for 200 texts or 250 texts. Then for like, $15 or something you can get unlimited.

I have the verizon plan. I pay $10 which gives me 500 messages text or picture to anyone out of network, and unlimited to anyone in network.

I have verizon and i have unlimited in texting and 500 other texts..the unlimited includes pix, video, etc... and its $5.00 a month!  I never use the 500 other bc most of the ppl i text are in verizon so its plenty for me!

But i think its not available anymore, it was a promotional thing?

verizon no longer has the $5 plan...they have $10 which i have and 500 messages ( any network ) and unlimited messages ( verizon network )
