Verizon Cell Phones & how to send pictures to my phone from an email?

OK so I got the juke and will as u know u can use the usb cord to upload songs and pictures im good with the songs on how to pull them op on my phone but i still can not find out how to pull up the pi tures after uploading them to the phone from the the usb cord thing

And I need to know how i can send a picture from an email to me phone i tryed but the picture never shows!

goto send a pic and then type in email and sned.

and when the pic mssage comes to your email it will have an email adress and copy that and save it.. and then goto add file and click which pic you ant and send
