Verizon Cell problem the env (PLEASE HELP ME)?

Now i just got my 3rd Env because 2 were defective now this phone i just got yesterday and activated it today. The keyguard timer is on for 7 seconds and it takes about 15-20 seconds to go on the keyguard. Plus when I am on AIM on my phone the keys freeze up and i have to hit the key harder. Should I take the phone back to the store? Is this another defective phone? Will they give me a brand new phone? Has this ever been a problem to anyone who has had this phone?

  1. You need to get another replacement device after that you got to call *611 and tell them if it happens again and they will send you out a new phone(not the enV) but a new phone that has the same retail price out brand new in box but you send back the old phone i had similar things like it i went threw 7 enVs in 6 months
