Verizon FIOS how can I tell it's broadcasting in HD mode?

I have a HD TV, and want to know if the channel I am watching is broadcasting HD. The "Info" on remote control gives all the info, except info about being HD.

  1. if you are watching a hd chanel ie.  826, and the screen is full,  then it is most likly hd.  Also the program info should tell you.
