Verizon FIos HELPPPPPPPP!!!

ferizon fios tv has black screan but can see menu fine, internet is working properly but the phone says out of range every time i try to use it WHAT CAN I DO HELP ME

did you already register the phone, put it on the cradle for 10 sec. and see if it works!

change to a different provider, there are so many complaints about verizon having poor quality service, i had verizon and switch over to a different provider and man did i see a difference
