Verizon LG text inbox memory full error?

I keep recieving an error message "Inbox 100% Full." That says I have to delete my messages before I can recieve more, except that my inbox is already empty. And the Error message just keeps sending over and over. I can send messages, but I haven't recieved any and I just keep getting the error message.

I tried taking the battery out. I tried switching the Auto-Erase on and back off like I found online. Nothing has worked. I can't find a way to do a master reset on this phone. And verizon doesn't use SIM cards.

Any help would be fantastic.

  1. The only way I can think would work is if you did a full-system reset on it...just keep looking for one.

    I'm not exactly sure where it would be, but, it has to be there somewhere...maybe you could Google it. I don't know...
