Verizon Phone, Internet and Cable or TWC Triple Play ?

It depends on what area you live in. I have Comcast internet and cable and I LOVE IT! I got a great deal, but that is b/c I work for an apartment complex and we have someone who works directly with our community.  I have friends that have FIOS and they love it, however they are paying $50 more than me per month. So it really depends. You can alawya start with Comcast and then switch since they don't have contracts.

I'm just the right guy to answer this. I have had both and I'm also a computer consultant who faces this question on a daily basis. There are pros & cons to both -

Comcast cable is good, the internet speed and reliabitly are above average but the phone is horrible - Uses VOIP technology which sounds bad to people you talk to and if your cable goes out, your phone goes with it.

Verizon is okay for Internet and great for phone, the Fios TV experience however leaves a lot to be desired and I hope they improve on it. The biggest downfall with Verizon is the customer service is horrible and they use less than quality equipment "Westell Modems".

I wish I could mix and match with Comcasts Internet & Cable while using Verizon's phone service but I doubt that will ever happen. So pick your poison.

We have verizon cell phone. I also have internet and cable. But what TWC play?
